I have made this one a lot and it's the easiest recipe I've used that's real fudge. In the photo they've added peanuts. It is a very sweet fudge. In fact, I usually substitue milk choc chips. Also, if you cover it for the first minute of cooking it will reduce the possibility of any graininess.3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. marshmallow creme
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
